care to safeguard your data. Right from your PC - through the internet
- to our Secure DMS server - to remote accountants - to the online
accounting package.
Security
at all levels -
- From your PC - documents (data) are transferred to
our Secure DMS Server using 128 bit SSL.
- Upon arrival -at the Secure DMS Server - the data gets
encrypted & stored.
- Secure user authentication of
the accountant from Daksha (accountants are pre-assigned for each
client).
- The data is routed by DakshaDMS Workflow after
OCR.
- You can log into your account anywhere from the
web using secure web-browser (IE 5.5 and
above / NetScape 7 and above) and check the processing of your
accounts - with detailed reporting
- Security doesn't mean
only Data Security. We ensure Physical Security of our
working premesis and Servers with 24x365 security personnal. Additionally,
all floors have Access Control -
with each person's movement logged on a Security Server.
- Real Business
Continuity - Complete Backup Solution
is offered by taking a
complete backup of the Servers on a Daily basis with each daily backup
retained for at least 30 days & weekly backups for 3 months
& monthly backups for as long as you continue with Daksha.
